Our Story

IB7 Consulting was founded by Jose Manuel Castellon Alvarez on a simple belief: that geography should never be a barrier to growth. Having lived and worked across Mexico, France, and Canada, Jose Manuel saw firsthand how difficult it was for capable companies to cross borders without the right partner. He built IB7 to solve exactly that problem — combining strategic foresight with hands-on execution, multilingual capabilities in English, Spanish and French, and a deep network across the Canada↔Latin America and Canada↔Europe investment corridors.
